Castle Wealth Management is honored to announce that Christina Worley, CPA/PFS, CFP®, CFA, the firm’s founder and managing member, was elected as the new president of the CFA Society South Florida for 2017-2018.
Ms. Worley succeeds Ursula Auger, CFA, CFP®, Castle Wealth Management’s portfolio manager, who served as president of the Society in 2015-2016 and 2016-2017. Ms. Auger is now the Society’s vice president.
“It is very important to be involved in and actively support a professional organization, such as the CFA Society South Florida, that encourages its members to perform at the highest level,” commented Ms. Worley. “As incoming president, I hope to continue the tradition of promoting the highest standards of ethics and education.”
The CFA designation, an acronym for Chartered Financial Analyst, is earned when the candidate has demonstrated the mastery of a broad range of practical portfolio management and advanced investment analysis skills. In addition to acquiring professional work experience, each charter holder has passed three six-hour exams.
