About Scott 

Scott Worley serves as a member of Castle Wealth Management’s Investment Committee and Account Review Committee and is the Chief Financial Officer.

Scott graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lehigh University and worked as a CPA for Arthur Young (now Ernst and Young) in New York City before moving into the real estate development business in 1985. His real estate development career involved building more than 10,000 residential dwelling units and more than 1,000,000 S.F. of retail/commercial properties located primarily in NYC and South Florida.

Scott was the President of the Gold Coast Builders Association in 2008, was named Builder of the Year in 2005 and 2015 and was inducted into their Hall of Fame in 2010. Mr. Worley was also the President of the Florida Atlantic Builders Association in 2013 during which time he was also named Builder of the Year.


Scott has been appointed to the Palm Beach County Building Code Advisory Board where he has served as the Chairperson of the Board, to the Palm Beach County Land Development Regulations Advisory Board, the Palm Beach County Impact Fee Review Committee and the Palm Beach County Construction Industry Licensing Board where he served as Chairperson of the Board. Scott is registered as an Investment Advisor Representative and also maintains a Florida General Contractors License and a Florida Real Estate Brokerage License. He serves as an excellent resource for Mr. Worley was also the President of the Florida Atlantic Builders Association in 2013 during which time he was also named Builder of the Year.


Scott is married to Christina and enjoys playing sports especially basketball, racquetball and trap/skeet shooting.
