William Michael Lofley (“Mike”) joined the firm in June 2021 as a Financial Planner.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University in 2009 and is a Florida-licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and IRS Enrolled Agent (EA). He has also passed the Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Exam.
He has worked in tax and accounting in various capacities for more than a decade. His experience includes hedge-fund taxation and advanced tax planning for high-net-worth taxpayers. He also spent several years working as a financial statement auditor for non-profit organizations, governments, and construction contractors.
While working in the world of alternative investments and tax planning, Mike developed an interest in the broader world of financial planning. Equipped with a strong background in taxation and a strong desire to help people reach their financial goals, he decided to pursue this interest with Castle Wealth Management.
Mike is a Florida native. He is originally from Boynton Beach, but now resides in Port St. Lucie with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys activities outside with his family, including gardening and fishing.
