At Castle Wealth Management, we recognize the ongoing and increased uncertainty that COVID-19 is causing in our area. Our highest priority is the safety and wellbeing of our clients, partners and colleagues. As the situation continues to evolve, we are taking steps to ensure our approach is consistent with the guidance provided by The World Health Organization and CDC.
In being good partners with you, and the communities in which our businesses, homes and colleagues reside, we are taking steps to reduce the concentration risk associated with traveling to, and gathering in, an office environment while ensuring we are able to maintain critical operations, including the important work that we do with you every day. We are doing this in three critical ways—less travel, fewer colleagues onsite by working remotely and enhanced onsite safety procedures.
- Less Travel. We have cancelled all scheduled travel and are not taking any in-house meetings until further notice. We are committed to serving you, our clients, and will do so using the mail, email, telephone and teleconferencing to maintain open lines of communication during this time. To maintain security, all communication will be through our secure portals, Tamarac and Schwab and with Castle Wealth’s email system.
- Fewer Colleagues Onsite/ Utilizing Remote Work. We will have colleagues work from home on a rotating weekly schedule as we continue to monitor the situation.
- Enhanced Onsite Safety Procedures. Some roles can only be performed in an office. By asking other colleagues to work remotely, we are creating a safer environment for those who must be in our office by reducing the number of colleagues gathering in a single location. Our cleaning service implemented enhanced protocols and time to sanitize our office each night.
As we continue to work with local, state and federal leaders to help ensure we are responding to this situation accordingly, we will make every effort to continue to deliver the best service to you, our clients.
